Human Resource Executive

Job Descriptions

• Perform bi-monthly and monthly payroll processing (2 runs) using Whyze HR system for approximately 450 headcounts
• Verify expenses, claims, allowances, overtime.
• Preparation of monthly payroll and headcount reconciliations & variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions of payroll, CP, clearance of Income tax, IR21
• Prepare payroll reports
• Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
• Application of Training courses
• Handle General Administration duties
• Assist in receruitment related duties when needed

Qualification

• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Min 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Whyze HR Solution system
• Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
