Responsibilities
- Provide HR support, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers
- Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees
- Be the local specialist providing hands-on labor law advice and support for the company
- Partner with HR Business Partners
- Partner with managers to understand and resolve issues
- Working with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges
- Road managing global HR project work and roll-out of HR initiatives
- Supporting processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organizational change, and conduct issues
- Delivering training to support manager development
- Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Completing regular audits and any necessary admin responsibilities
Requirements
- Min Dip / Deg in Human Resource/Business/ Other relevant field
- 2-3 years experience will be at an advantage
- Able to work in a high performance team
- Excellent communication skills
