Job Description
Employment Type:
Full-Time | Start immediately
Contract (9-12 Months) | Start in November
Work Location: Serangoon
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00 - 18:00
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and reference checks.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions and resignations.
- Prepare HR letters and employment-related documents.
- Support HR system updates and data maintenance.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and payroll verification.
- Administer leave, attendance, claims and employee benefits.
- Ensure accurate submission of CPF and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with employees regarding payroll and benefits enquiries.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist in handling employee feedback and concerns.
- Maintain positive employee relations through timely support and communication.
Performance Management Support
- Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal exercises.
- Track appraisal timelines and ensure completion by managers.
- Maintain performance management records and documentation.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training registrations and schedules.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Support employee development initiatives and programmes.
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
- Assist in updating HR policies, employee handbooks and internal communications.
- Support audits and compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Entry-level or up to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
