Human Resource Executive (Entry Level/People Culture) #JYS

• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding for new hires
• Prepare contracts and maintain accurate employee records
• Handle foreign worker matters, including passes and accommodation
• Coordinate staff training and liaise with trainers
• Support departments in identifying training needs and submitting grants/claims
• Organize staff welfare activities to boost engagement
• Contribute to HR initiatives and assist with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Business or Human Resource
• Prior working experience will be an advantage.
