Position: Human Resources Executive, HR Business Partner / Human Resources Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Human Resources functions, operations, and administrative matters within the department.
- Work closely with assigned business units on HR matters including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee cessation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Administer all work pass matters for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, cancellations, medical examinations, and other related processes.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and programmes.
- Provide general HR support and perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- HR Executive, HR Business Partner: Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience with a Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- HR Coordinator:Fresh graduates with a Diploma in a relevant discipline are welcome to apply.
- Proficient with the CEMAS system will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous, independent, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
