Job Description

Position: Human Resources Executive, HR Business Partner / Human Resources Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Human Resources functions, operations, and administrative matters within the department.
  • Work closely with assigned business units on HR matters including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee cessation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Administer all work pass matters for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, cancellations, medical examinations, and other related processes.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and programmes.
  • Provide general HR support and perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • HR Executive, HR Business Partner: Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience with a Diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • HR Coordinator:Fresh graduates with a Diploma in a relevant discipline are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient with the CEMAS system will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous, independent, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
