Job Description

Job Responsibilities

. Manage the full employee lifecycle, includingrecruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.

. Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance,overtime, and employee benefits.

. Handle work pass applications, renewals,cancellations, and liaise with MOM.

. Maintain accurate employee records and HRdocumentation.

. Ensure compliance with the Singapore EmploymentAct and company HR policies.

. Prepare employment contracts, letters, reports,and other HR-related documents.

. Support employee engagement, training, andperformance management activities.

. Perform other HR duties and projects asassigned.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human ResourceManagement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant HR experience

. Strong knowledge of the Singapore EmploymentAct, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.

. Hands-on experience in recruitment, payrollcoordination, employee relations, and HR administration.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payrollsystems.

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, andproblem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently, manage multiplepriorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.

. Meticulous, organized, and able to thrive in afast-paced environment.

. Working Location: Joo Koon, Monday to Friday,9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
