Roles& Responsibilities
1. Assist in recruitment such as sourcing, screening, arrange interview, etc.
2. Process Work Pass Application / Renewal for foreign employee
3. Arrange Security Bond, PCP, Medical Insurance, Public Liability & WIC, etc.
4. Prepare Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter / Termination Letter and any other relevant correspondences
5. Handle MOM surveys, inspections and accident/incident reporting
6. Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee record
7. Monitor and update employee leave record
8. Monitor and arrange for training for all employee
9. Undertake any other related duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Construction Sector
2. Knowledge of MOM Regulations, EmploymentAct, Workplace Safety & Health Act and BCA requirements
3. Positive working attitude with goodinterpersonal skills
4. Good written and verbal communication
5. Proficient in MS Office
6. Working days: 5.5days (Alternate Saturday)
