Responsibilites
- You will provide HR Admin support as needed and as directed by the HR Department
- Performs administrative duties for the HR department
- Screening calls and emails sent from reception
- Organizing, maintaining, and filing paper and digital files and records
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assists with other overflow work as directed by the HR Department
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Min recognized Diploma, with at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience would be at an advantage
- Resourceful, meticulous and a good team player with excellent communication, human relations and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- SAP HR Information System knowledge will be an advantage
