AiTreat combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with advanced robotics (creator of EMMA, the world's first TCM massage robot). Through our subsidiary NovaHealth TCM, we operate 11 clinics across Singapore, supported by HQ R&D and Operations at 55 Ayer Rajah Crescent.
This Singapore-based role supports HR functions across R&D, Operations and Clinics, and is suited for candidates building their HR career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding for Singapore roles (TCM Physicians, Sports Science Specialists, Clinic Managers & Assistants, Ops/Marketing, R&D/support).
- Support HR operations: prepare employment contracts, update HR records, handle leave/attendance tracking.
- Assist with payroll inputs and claims verification.
- Help coordinate clinic staff schedules and rotation plans with clinic managers.
- Support staff orientation sessions and maintain HR documentation.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
Requirements
- Diploma in HRM/Business or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of HR experience (internship or junior HR role accepted).
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and Singapore employment regulations.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, good communication skills.
- Able to support multiple locations with guidance from senior HR staff.
