Support the end-to-end HR operations, excluding payroll in a fast-paced environment.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
Actively use various recruitment platforms, participate in career fairs, and engage with internship programs to attract new talent.
Assist in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement programs, workplace safety, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare and issue HR-related letters such as appointment, confirmation, and warning letters.
Manage foreign worker administration, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical check-ups.
Handle worker dormitory arrangements to ensure proper check-in/out with documentation.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved promptly.
Coordinate training and development programs, including registration for mandatory safety courses and job-related courses approved by department heads.
Assist in organizing company events such as festive celebrations and the annual dinner.
Undertake any other HR duties or projects as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in logistic or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with different levels of stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
