Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, excluding payroll.
Participate in the staff recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, phone screening, and interview coordination with hiring managers.
Efficiently utilize various recruitment platforms, participate in recruitment job fairs, and proactively support internship programs.
Monitor staff attendance records on a weekly basis and update department heads regarding attendance issues such as lateness, absences, or missing clock-in/clock-out records.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, including but not limited to prepare HR memo and updating the employee handbook.
Manage employee engagement matters, including on-boarding and off-boarding processes, workplace safety issues, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions in a timely manner.
Prepare HR-related letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other relevant documents.
Serve as a backup for worker dormitory administration, including check-in registration and de-registration for dormitory exit.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of issues raised by staff, and follow up promptly to facilitate timely resolution.
Serve as a backup in facilitating course registrations for employees, such as safety courses and other work-related training approved by department heads.
Assist in organizing company events, including Christmas celebrations, annual dinners, and other employee activities.
Assist in foreign worker work pass matters, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordination of medical check-ups.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in logistic or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with different levels of stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
