Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR administrative tasks including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist in Learning & Development administration, including training coordination and records management
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare basic HR reports
  • Coordinate employee documentation and ensure records are up to date
  • Provide general HR support as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of HR experience fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences will be considered
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Retail industry exposure or interest is a strong plus
