Responsibilities
- Handle HR administrative tasks including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in Learning & Development administration, including training coordination and records management
- Maintain HR databases and prepare basic HR reports
- Coordinate employee documentation and ensure records are up to date
- Provide general HR support as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences will be considered
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Retail industry exposure or interest is a strong plus
