Build, improve, and implement people policies and processes across the region, including performance management, compensation & benefits, recruiting and onboarding, and team effectiveness
Identify needs to gather or review existing data, interpret data and provide insights on workforce metrics, leading to goal and action planning in line with the business strategy.
Lead and manage a regional People team including HR operations, talent acquisition, HRBPs
Support the leadership in planning and strategising around people's experience and operations
Work closely with executive management to scale up Wiz AI from 1-X, and build up teams across multiple countries
Serve as the team's resource on various people matters including employee benefits, welfare and policies on a daily basis
Requirements
18+ years of progressive experience working in HR/People function, both experience in big organizations and fast-growing startup companies
Familiar with talent trends and mapping in both China and SEA region, prefer bilingual candidates in Mandarin and English, as a lot of interaction with stakeholders in China
Solution-oriented, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels
Comfortable working within a high level of ambiguity, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources
