DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Include activities and projects) Running company well and protect Employee as Managing Director, Growth total Sales and stable Service activities to both distributor and customers.
To improve Company business performance and operational productivity, to DECIDE, SHOW, MANAGE, MAINTAIN and LEAD in the following key items.
At the same time, monitoring the key changes in the business trends widely and comprehensively, to recognize the risks and prepare for them in both of short term and long term.
Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company.
SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS: (Typical minimum requirements for this position)
Education and Qualifications: BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field MSc/MA will be preferred
Practical Experience: At least 20 years
Professional Business Skills:
Interpersonal & Social Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Computer Skills: Regular operational experiences
Language Skills: Communication in English, Japanese proficiency JLPT N1 Business level
Other Requirements: Excellent knowledge on relevant industries, excellent strategic decision-making skills and strong analytical skills
