Our Client is a well established company in High Tech Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
Lead in all aspect of Talent Management including talent acquisition. training & development, retention & succession planning
Provide leadership, advice and manage HR support including compensation and benefits, employee engagement, change management and communications
Drive the Annual Performance Management Process and provide the necessary guidance to support high performance culture across the region
Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate work with labor union
Develop & maintain HR policies and ensure compliance to legislation and ensure fair and equitable standards
Lead and motivate and develop HR teams in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Thailand
Build and drive HR team growth & collaboration
Oversee the Oracle Human Capital Management System and ensure system integrity and accuracy
Spearhead HR projects for continuous improvement and drive standardization and HR efficiency
Any other HR functions as assigned
