Responsibilities
- Lead HR team in managing daily operations including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition through structured programs and fair practices.
- Oversee training and development to support capability building and career growth.
- Implement talent mapping and succession planning to strengthen internal leadership.
- Support manpower planning, admin functions, and optimize use of government grants.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through clear communication and feedback.
- Monitor HR metrics to improve service delivery and support business goals.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, clearly communicated, and consistently applied across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of HR and Training experience, ideally in retail and F&B sectors.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; ACTA or ACLP certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Skilled in presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong, independent leader with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- High emotional intelligence, results-driven, and passionate about people development.
