Administrative Support Maintain and update employee records (hard copy & HR system). Assist in preparing HR-related documents (contracts, letters, memos). File, organize, and manage HR documentation for compliance.
Recruitment & Onboarding Post job advertisements and screen applications. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Assist with employee onboarding (collect documents, prepare orientation materials).
Employee Support Handle basic employee queries on HR policies, leave, benefits, etc. Provide administrative assistance in staff welfare activities and training programs.
Compliance & Reporting Ensure all HR processes follow company policies and local labor regulations. Assist in preparing simple HR reports (headcount, leave summary, turnover).
Job Requirements
Education Minimum: Bachelor of Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Entry-level acceptable experience in clerical or HR-related work is an advantage.
Skills Good communication (written & verbal). Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws (advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
