Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HRBP functions for one of the core businesses.
• Deeply involved in the business and providing solid HR professional support.
• Managing the employee life cycle in a strategic way for the corresponding business team.
• Build, motivate and optimize the organisation to enable the business.
• Assist in all other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Result-oriented and goal-driven.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Labor/ employment laws.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts in China
