Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders in driving people strategies and delivering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a workforce in an operational environment and managing the full employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Support workforce matters, including employee relations, disciplinary cases, attendance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support manpower planning, people cost management, and HR reporting.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance and rewards processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role, preferably within an operational or industrial environment
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting employee relations or unionised environments will be an advantage.
