We are seeking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a vital role in partnering with our business leaders to provide strategic HR support and tailored solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop aligned HR initiatives
Provide guidance and support on all aspects of human resources, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organisational development
Handle staff grievances, disciplinary cases and complaints
Analyse HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
Participate in the design and implementation of HR policies, programmes, and processes to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Contribute to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business or related field
Minimally 2 years of Human Resource related experience
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
