Job Description

Assistant HR Manager - Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Handle work pass matters (WP, S Pass, EP), company licensing, and liaise with relevant authorities.

  • Support payroll processing, leave, attendance, and HR system administration.

  • Prepare statutory submissions and HR/payroll reports (CPF, IR8A, IR21).

  • Administer employee insurance matters, including work injury compensation and related claims.

  • Address employee inquiries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
