- Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Advise Management on HR strategies, employment legislation, statutory requirements, and HR policies in line with Singapore labour laws.
- Oversee end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage compensation and benefits, payroll inputs, training and development, employee engagement, wellness, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Oversee general administration, document control, vendor management, ISO/IMS compliance, and QHSE responsibilities for the department.
