Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our dynamic HR team across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will play a crucial part in daily HR operations, providing comprehensive administrative support across payroll, attendance verification, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can contribute to HR projects and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR administrative functions, providing comprehensive clerical and operational support to the HR team.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by preparing and checking data inputs. Verify the accuracy of timesheets, attendance records, and resolve daily time-tracking anomalies.
  • Administer employee leave applications, monitor leave balances, and assist in the accurate processing of employee medical and expense claims.
  • Assist in preparing salary letters, administering staff welfare programs, and managing related updates.
  • Support employee resignation and offboarding, including exit clearance, asset recovery, and Work Pass statutory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing HR documentation such as warning letters, show-cause notices, and maintaining strict confidentiality for all disciplinary and grievance records.
  • Assist in required government filings, statutory claims (e.g., NS makeup pay supporting and tax submissions (e.g., IR21).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and timely.
  • Assist in coordinating HR activities such as meetings, training, surveys, and employee events
  • Assist in HR and payroll audit preparations by compiling required documents, and support internal HR projects or process improvements as assigned.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to HR Executives and the HR team.
  • Support internal HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE N / O Levels, ITE, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or payroll administration will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and administrative processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week
  • Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
