Manage and handle contract agreement matters and ensure contracts term and conditions comply with regulated government regulations agency.
Manage and handle recruitment proceses including job posting, screening candidates and arranging interviews on boarding and exit interviews.
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses , update & maintain training records etc.
Provide advice to management on govt related matters
Support HR in MOM related matters and submission
Support HR in payroll matters
Manage and ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government grants and related claims such as CPF, child care leave, maternity /paternity leave ,NS makeup claims, Income tax matters etc.
Prepare monthly reports in timely and accurate manner.
Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Job requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Payroll experience & familiar with info-tech system will be an added advantage
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self motivation to get tasks done independently.
