Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Assists HR Manager to oversee HR Department
  • Manage and handle contract agreement matters and ensure contracts term and conditions comply with regulated government regulations agency.
  • Manage and handle recruitment proceses including job posting, screening candidates and arranging interviews on boarding and exit interviews.
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses , update & maintain training records etc.
  • Provide advice to management on govt related matters
  • Support HR in MOM related matters and submission
  • Support HR in payroll matters
  • Manage and ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government grants and related claims such as CPF, child care leave, maternity /paternity leave ,NS makeup claims, Income tax matters etc.
  • Prepare monthly reports in timely and accurate manner.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Payroll experience & familiar with info-tech system will be an added advantage
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self motivation to get tasks done independently.
