Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, managing sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer administration.
Partner closely with hiring managers to identify headcount needs, craft targeted job descriptions, and select appropriate recruitment channels.
Oversee seamless onboarding, orientation, probation tracking, internal mobility (transfers/promotions), and offboarding/exit interview processes.
2. HR Operations, HRMS & Work Pass Management
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS, ensuring strict compliance with PDPA and internal confidentiality guidelines.
Manage end-to-end work pass administration (applications, renewals, cancellations) in line with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
Support HR digitalization initiatives, workflow optimization, and user testing for system enhancements.
3. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Support
Support monthly payroll verification, maintaining accurate records for overtime, allowances, benefits, and variable bonuses.
Assist with statutory submissions, including CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS makeup claims, and government-paid leave claims.
Administer employee medical benefits, corporate insurance policies, and annual compensation review exercises.
4. Performance, L&D & Employee Engagement
Coordinate probation, mid-year, and annual performance appraisal workflows.
Oversee employee training registrations, competency records, post-training evaluations, and government training grant applications.
Drive workplace engagement by planning wellness activities, recognition schemes, and company-wide cultural events.
5. HR Compliance, ISO & Audit Governance
Align HR activities with Singapore Employment Legislation and corporate approval guidelines.
Support internal and external audits, maintaining HR documentation required under ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Identify operational gaps and recommend practical process improvements to enhance employee experience and governance.
Requirements & Competencies
Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience. Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations is essential.
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM statutory requirements, CPF, IRAS, and PDPA regulations.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRMS platforms (experience with Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage) and basic payroll administration.
Soft Skills: High level of discretion and confidentiality, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
