Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee database to ensure accurate personnel records and support payroll processing and leave management
- Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure employee compensation compliance
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, extending employment offers, and facilitating onboarding to attract and retain talent
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce eligibility
- Maintain and monitor medical insurance and WIC including monitoring expiry dates and processing claims
- Prepare Tax Clearance documentation to comply with statutory requirements and submit on time
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and support career growth
- Maintain leave records and follow up on submission of leave forms and supporting documents to ensure accurate leave tracking
- Organize company events to foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture
- Manage applications and claims from government grants
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalents
- Minimum 2 years experience in Construction Film
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good organization skills, time management, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently
