Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee database to ensure accurate personnel records and support payroll processing and leave management
  • Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure employee compensation compliance
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, extending employment offers, and facilitating onboarding to attract and retain talent
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce eligibility
  • Maintain and monitor medical insurance and WIC including monitoring expiry dates and processing claims
  • Prepare Tax Clearance documentation to comply with statutory requirements and submit on time
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and support career growth
  • Maintain leave records and follow up on submission of leave forms and supporting documents to ensure accurate leave tracking
  • Organize company events to foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture
  • Manage applications and claims from government grants
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalents
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Construction Film
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good organization skills, time management, resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently
