JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing staff
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents as needed
- Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and staff databases
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors on HR-related matters when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
