We are assisting our client, an established information technology and consulting solutions provider, in seeking an experienced HR/Admin Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with Employee Relations & Risk Management
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues
- Manage grievances, disciplinary processes, investigations, and terminations
- Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records
- Manager Coaching & Support - Coach managers on performance management and difficult conversations
- Build leadership capability in a developing management environment
- Support managers in handling people issues early and effectively
- Recruitment & Onboarding - Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
- Ensure fair, consistent hiring practices
- Oversee onboarding experience to support engagement and retention
- HR Processes & Policies - Develop and maintain clear, practical HR policies
- Ensure consistent application across the business
- Translate legal requirements into simple, usable guidance
- Office Operations - Coordinate and manage office supplies and vendorscoordination
- Manage basic office logistics and administrative processes
- Support onboarding logistics (workspace, access, equipment)
- General Administration - Maintain administrative records and systems
- Coordinate internal communications related to office operations
- Support smooth day-to-day functioning
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the IT Consultancy field
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Proven skills in payroll, recruitment, training and employee communication
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication abilities
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
