- Design, implement, configure and maintain Huawei-based IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, integration and commissioning of Huawei network and infrastructure equipment.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues and perform troubleshooting to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Support network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless and related ICT systems.
- Conduct system health checks, preventive maintenance and performance optimisation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues and provide timely resolution.
- Support infrastructure migration, upgrade and expansion projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration records, reports and project handover documents.
- Work closely with project teams, vendors and customers to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
- Provide technical support during deployment, testing, commissioning and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure infrastructure deployment complies with technical requirements, security standards and project specifications.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking or a related field.
- Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA), Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) or Huawei Certified ICT Expert (HCIE) certification in a relevant infrastructure/networking track.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering or related technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Huawei network and infrastructure equipment is preferred.
- Experience in infrastructure deployment, configuration, testing and maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with project and technical teams.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
- Willing to support project deployment, maintenance or on-site activities when required.
