Job Responsibilities:
- Manage site Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement site HSE plans, procedures, inspections, and audits monitor performance and follow up on corrective actions.
- Conduct HSE training, meetings, and incident investigations, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to maintain compliance.
- Support high-risk work method statements and ensure effective execution on site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental, Mechanical, Construction, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years site management experience, including 5 years in pharmaceutical/chemical/food industry projects (Singapore project experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local HSE laws, regulations, and standards (BizSAFE, ISO, WSHMS, GGBS) proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills willing to travel occasionally.
