Key Responsibilities
. Assist in implementing and maintaining the Safety & Health Management System (SHMS) for project sites and operations.
. Support the application of company EHS policies, procedures and safe work practices.
. Assist in maintaining documentation required for ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 compliance.
. Assist in conducting risk assessments, job safety analyses and hazard identification for installation, cabling, testing and maintenance works.
. Support the development and communication of Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Method Statements.
. Carry out regular site inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions.
. Maintain safety records including inspection checklists, training attendance, incident logs and corrective action tracking.
. Prepare incident and near-miss reports.
. Support audit preparation and follow-up actions.
. Assist in organising and conducting toolbox meetings, safety briefings and in-house HSE training.
. Support the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Committee by preparing meeting materials, minutes and follow-up actions.
. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
. Specialist Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
. WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH.
. Registered MOM Safety Officer Certificate
. 2-3 years of experience in a safety role within construction, engineering, ICT installation or infrastructure environments.
