HSE Coordinator (Changi)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Assist in Investigating incidents, near misses, and accidents prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and review safety documentation, permits, and records.
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance and coordinate with their safety personnel.
• Serve as a point of contact for emergency response coordination.
• Track and report safety metrics and KPIs
• Conduct HSE inspection and training

Job Requirements:

• Advance WSH certificate or equivalent
• Minimum5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Able to do rotating shifts
• Professional knowledge in Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental
• Possessed Work at Height for Supervisor certificate is a MUST
• Willing to work in Changi area
