Coordinate and supervise Structural and Architectural work with main contractors, consultant, architect, subcontractors and suppliers
Assist the Project Manager to plan and implement the project schedule to ensure deadlines are closely adhered to
Resolve site problems and implement corrective or preventive measures accordingly
Inspect and ensure that works are in good condition before handover to clients
Monitor and prepare monthly progress reports and verify Variation Orders
The Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Management or Construction Management with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design firms
Preferably possess Certificate for Work at Height, BCSS and Coretrade Supervisor Certificate
Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Office is an added advantage
Independent, well organised, meticulous and with good communication skills
