Strong Support System
We provide provide a hand held system with regular one to one mentorship, especially during your first 3 months walking you through every step of your journey.

Customized Training
You will begin with HSBC's foundational training, followed by our in-house advanced level of training by the best of the best. We continue with weekly sessions to build your skills in prospecting, client management, and financial knowledge.

Attractive Remuneration
Basic allowance of up to $12,000, with quarterly and recurring bonuses, as well as high commissions of up to 50%.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will
. Deliver a full suite of financial services including banking, insurance, and investment solutions
. Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored strategies in areas such as investments, retirement, estate planning, insurance and risk management
. Proactively manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses locally and internationally
. Grow your client base through networking, events, and outreach with support from the team
. Stay informed about the financial markets, industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes to offer the most up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications

To be successful, you should have
. Diploma, Degree, or A Level qualifications
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self discipline
. Interest in finance, advisory, and working with clients

Additional advantages
. Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CPWA
. Experience with Microsoft Office, social media, or marketing
. Major in Business, Banking and Finance, Accountancy
