Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-commercial roles in the Asia Pacific region
  • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to reach qualified candidates
  • Collaborate and develop working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues across the region
  • Maintain and build a network of recruitment partners; attend networking events to promote the company
  • Plan and organize campus and virtual career fairs, including preparation of marketing materials and employer branding
  • Prepare, plan, and oversee internships and trainee programs
  • Maintain relationships with government bodies (e.g., MPA) and oversee sponsorship and scholarship programs
  • Ensure recruitment records and employee movement reports are up to date
  • Maintain a people-oriented attitude and prioritize employee care
  • Drive new employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle and coordinate ad-hoc HR projects
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc requests as needed

Requirements

  • At least 3- 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, including 2 years in APAC recruitment and expereince with workday
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor laws; experience working with MOM
