HRIS Specialist (Analytics)

Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a leading global technology firm to appoint a HRIS Specialist (Analytics) based in Singapore. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking business and play a key role in advancing HR operations and systems within a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for strengthening the HR Shared Services function and driving operational excellence across the region. You will help enhance system capabilities, improve user experience, and ensure data governance. You will help produce HR dashboards and reports to advise management on data analytics, policies, and strategic decisions. You will also provide training and guidance to HR teams and employees, ensuring optimal use of HR technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in HR Analytics and HRIS related experience. You should hold a degree in Human Resources or Business. Strong knowledge of HR systems and data analysis tools is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and adaptable mindset.
