Job Overview

The HRIS Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the companies within the APAC region as part of the implementation of the new HRIS (covering the Performance, Compensation, People Review, and Training modules), as well as for the maintenance of the current HRIS.

This key role involves managing data migration between the legacy system and the new HRIS, ensuring data quality,and overseeing project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data source identification: Identify and document the data sources required for the new HRIS.
  • Data migration, quality, and reformatting: Contribute to improving data quality and reformat data where necessary to ensure a reliable migration.
  • Issue and anomaly reporting: Report any anomalies identified in the new HRIS during migration phases, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Communication and coordination: Communicate local requirements and identify risks in relation to the agreed project timeline.
  • Project timeline adherence: Ensure compliance with the local project schedule, organize local sessions, and anticipate preparation for each project phase.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Mobilize local stakeholders (HR and IT) to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Reporting to the division on local HRIS deployment: Report to the division on project progress, delivery of local milestones, and any identified risks.
  • Maintenance of the current HRIS and postdeployment support of the new HRIS:
  • Escalate any enhancement requests or system issues to the division or to VINCI Energies IT via the Easyvista ticketing tool.
  • Support the preparation and launch of HR campaigns for the companies.
  • Animate the company network to share best practices and communicate system updates.
  • Participate in the deployment of a payroll system in APAC
  • Contribute to the integration of the payroll system into the HR data lake.

This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may evolve depending on local HR tool requirements and new IT projects launched at the VINCI Energies / VINCI Energies International & Systems level.

Profile Sought

  • Proven experience in HRIS project management, ideally in a multicountry and complex project environment.
  • Strong interest in datarelated topics and data processing.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues and risks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach while ensuring delivery, deadlines, and quality.
  • French is an advantage
