HRIS System Analyst/Project Manager (Contract- 1 year)

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead and deliver the implementation, enhancement, or migration of our HRIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, project management, and change management, and will play a critical role in aligning the HRIS solution with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management to implement Time Attendance System and its integration with HRIS

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and success.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Conduct needs assessments, gap analysis, and process mapping to ensure system configuration supports HR operational requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement sessions to support system adoption.

• Oversee testing, UAT, data migration, and cutover planning.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

• Track and report progress to senior leadership, identifying roadblocks and proactively addressing issues.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS project management experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Systems Knowledge: Proven experience with one or more major HRIS platforms.

• Project Skills: Strong command of project management and change management.

• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
