The HRIS Project Manager will own this migration end-to-end: from configuration and testing to rollout, adoption, and handover. You will work closely with our country HR teams, finance, and the vendor implementation team to ensure the transition is clean, on time, and built to last.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be embedded in the HR team, reporting directly to the Head of HR.

Your focus:
• Own the implementation plan across several global markets — timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and vendor implementation team
• Drive weekly implementation calls and maintain a clear view of progress across all
workstreams
• Identify and resolve blockers before they become delays
• Lead system configuration across modules: payroll, leave, time & attendance, employee
records, onboarding workflows, performance management and talent acquisition
• Manage data migration from legacy systems — cleaning, mapping, validating, and loading data accurately
• Ensure data integrity across all markets and compliance with local regulatory requirements
To be successful, you should come with:
• Proven experience managing HRIS implementations — Rippling, HiBob, Deel, Workday, BambooHR, SAP, etc
SuccessFactors, or equivalent
• Strong project management skills: you can hold a complex, multi-workstream project
together without losing sight of the detail
• Experience working across multiple markets with different payroll and compliance
requirements
• Able to work independently and manage up — you surface risks early and come with solutions,
not just problems
• High attention to data quality and process rigour
• Prior experience in a fast-scaling, multi-market business
