Your new role
- Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities specific to banking and finance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS best practices, data security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) for financial institutions.
- Support large-scale HRIS implementation, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector. Workday implementation experience preferred
