Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities specific to banking and finance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS best practices, data security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) for financial institutions.
- Support large-scale HRIS implementation, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance platforms.
- Drive data conversion and ensure the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop, interpret, and present complex HRIS reports and analytics to support workforce planning, compensation, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Provide expert-level support, training, and documentation for HRIS users across HR, payroll, risk, and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and drive innovation.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within HRIS and related HR functions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure HRIS solutions remain compliant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector. Workday implementation experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing complex HRIS projects, system integrations, and process improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management within financial services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with user requirements gathering, training and guide preparation, user acceptance testing,
- Understand of ERP integrations involving payroll, benefits, and finance systems.
