This is a compelling opportunity to join their HR function as an HRIS & Operations Lead, driving operational performance and enhancing the employee experience.
Position Overview
You will oversee the organisation&aposs end-to-end HR operations, HRIS and HR analytics. This role plays a central part in process innovation, automation, and system optimisation across the employee lifecycle. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, you will enhance HR service delivery through digitalisation, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the HRIS, including SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms, ensuring systems are effectively maintained, integrated, and aligned with business needs. In parallel, you will oversee the delivery of core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, and claims processing. A key focus will be on optimising service delivery by streamlining workflows, setting clear performance benchmarks, and driving operational improvements. You will also lead the HR analytics function, transforming data into actionable insights.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 12 to 15 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or shared services. Experience in HR analytics, particularly with Power BI, will be a strong advantage. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and implementation experience is essential. Exposure to automation and the enhancement of HR systems and processes such as self-generated letters and workflow improvements will also be beneficial. You bring proven managerial experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both of which are critical for success in this role.
