As the continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support regional business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

As the regional subject matter expert, you will be partnering with country HR teams to lead the configuration, regional implementation and ongoing maintenance of our regional Workday HCM platform. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and cross-cultural HR process understanding.

Regional Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects for countries/entities in the region, from requirements gathering through go-live.

  • Configure Workday modules to comply with regional employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple countries.

  • Design and implement localized business processes for core HR, compensation, absence management, and time tracking.

  • Collaborate with global HRIS team to adapt global templates for regional needs while maintaining system integrity.

  • Conduct UAT with local HR teams and business stakeholders across different countries.

System Configuration & Maintenance

  • Administer and maintain all Workday configurations specific to regional entities.

  • Manage regional security groups, roles, and domain permissions.

  • Configure and maintain regional-specific reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues affecting multiple countries.

Regional Support & Optimization

  • Serve as Tier 1 support for complex regional system issues, escalating to Workday consultancy team if there is a need.

  • Develop and deliver training to regional HR teams and local administrators.

  • Analyze regional HR processes to identify optimization opportunities within Workday.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of regional configurations and processes.

  • Monitor regional data quality and implement improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Partner with HRBP, T&A, C&B and L&D teams across the region.

  • Facilitate regional governance meetings to prioritize enhancements and changes.

  • Translate business requirements from multiple countries into technical specifications.

  • Manage relationships with Workday and implementation partners for regional initiatives.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be a seasoned HRIS Professional with:

. Degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Workday Pro Certification in one or more modules are advantageous.

. At least 3 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience in a multi-country environment.

. Proven experience implementing Workday and managing data conversion/migration across at least two countries with differing legal requirements.

. Deep expertise in Core HR, Business Processes, and Security configurations.

. Strong experience with Payroll, Leave Management and Time Tracking configurations for regional compliance.

. Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Learning & Development.

. In-depth understanding of regional data privacy regulations and experience configuring Workday to meet statutory compliance across jurisdictions.

. Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work effectively across cultures.

. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical, global audiences.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating compliant solutions for regional challenges.

. Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding regional legal nuances and configuration accuracy.

. Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working through ambiguity.

. Able to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with regional team.
