About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic organization within the insurance or financial services sector. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who brings both strategic HR Business Partnering (HRBP) capabilities and strong hands-on HR generalist experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to stakeholders, providing strategic HR advice aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Partner with leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Support and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Lead or contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement, culture building, and process improvements
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle management
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with a mix of HRBP and HR generalist responsibilities
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
