Job Scope:
HR Operations & Policy:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and MOM regulations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Work with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job scopes
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to fill both permanent and temporary positions
- Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process
- Maintain strong working relationships with external staffing firms for quality candidate pipelines
- Track recruitment performance (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
HR Admin & Systems:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage HRMS or other HR software
- Oversee monthly payroll processing (if required) and leave administration
