Role Overview
This role partners closely with senior leaders and management teams within Product & Engineering, acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent. The successful candidate will bring strong strategic perspective and depth in leadership development, supporting leaders through growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the Leadership Growth team, driving leadership capability building, cultural development, and organizational effectiveness across Product & Engineering functions
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines through gap assessment, targeted development initiatives, and succession planning across key roles
- Diagnose organizational and team-level challenges using data, structured frameworks, and objective assessments; recommend and implement solutions to enhance performance and collaboration
- Facilitate leadership and organizational interventions that improve team productivity, engagement, and overall organizational health
- Leverage people and leadership analytics to generate insights, monitor organizational health indicators, and advise leaders on talent and workforce priorities
- Act as a coach and thought partner to leaders at multiple levels, supporting them through change, growth, and evolving business needs
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience across HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or Management Consulting. Preferably within technology, internet, or financial services environments
- Strong ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving organizations, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Highly structured and analytical thinker with a holistic, enterprise-level perspective
- Exposure to or certification in leadership development frameworks, assessments, or tools is an advantage
