Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a boutique financial services firm to appoint a HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract. This individual will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders across Singapore to provide strategic and operational HR support. The role is well-suited for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic, fastpaced environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this individual will be responsible for advising on a full spectrum of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational initiatives. They will also support HR processes across the employee lifecycle and collaborate with wider HR teams to ensure consistency in policy application and employee experience. The successful candidate will be confident offering guidance to senior stakeholders, have strong analytical capabilities, and be comfortable navigating both strategic and handson HR work.

The successful individual will be a proactive, commercially minded, and solutionsoriented HR professional who can operate autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment. Experience working within financial services or similarly complex corporate environments is highly advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management capability, and sound judgement are essential.
