We are looking for a committed, diligent and dedicated staff to perform the following duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR/Training team.
- Document HR/Training actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
- Arrange 6 monthly medical for work permit holders.
- Prepare appraisal forms and confirmation letters for new foreign employees end of probation period.
- Maintain all Internal and External Training Records of our staff
- Maintain a list of all expiring training certificates and enroll staff for re-certification / re-assessment of competencies
- Liaise with external parties on the enrolment of staff for all external courses
- Liaise with Head of Departments and individual staff of any upcoming training programs to attend
- Prepare monthly Internal and External Training Records
- Execute all in-house trainings accordingly and ensure that all logistics planning are organized accordingly
- Assist in the coordination of various projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department
Job Requirements:
- Able to write and communicate effectively in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum Diploma qualification
