Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Executive.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation as required.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in handling recruitment processes and related issues.
  • Send resumes to relevant stakeholders and coordinate candidate information.

Other Duties

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Executive.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively within a team.
